We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity data: name, date of birth, national identity number (for tax purposes)
- Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address
- Financial data: bank account number, tax card information, invoice amounts
- Employment data: assignment descriptions, client information, work periods
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (collected automatically)

We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide the invoicing and payment services (contract performance)
- To calculate and report taxes and employer obligations (legal obligation)

- The Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) — for tax reporting and employer obligations
- Banking partners — for processing salary payments
- Your clients — invoice data necessary for payment
- Cloud hosting providers — for data storage (within the EEA)
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Tax-related data may be retained for up to 10 years.
