At Payout Partner, we handle sensitive financial data — invoices, tax information, personal details, and salary payments. We take the responsibility of protecting this data seriously. This page describes the measures we have in place to keep your information safe.

Encryption

All data transmitted between your browser and Payout Partner is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. This applies to all personal data, financial records, and invoice information stored in our systems.

Hosting and infrastructure

Payout Partner's infrastructure is hosted in secure European data centres. We use managed cloud services with enterprise-grade physical and logical security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and automated vulnerability scanning.

GDPR compliance

Payout Partner is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and we implement privacy by design principles throughout the platform.

Access controls

Access to user data within Payout Partner is restricted through role-based access controls. Only authorised personnel with a legitimate business need can access sensitive data. All access is logged and auditable.

Financial data protection

Invoice data, tax calculations, and salary information are processed through secure, audited systems. We maintain detailed records of all financial transactions as required by Norwegian accounting regulations. Bank account details and payment information are handled through our certified banking partners.

Regulatory compliance

Payout Partner complies with Norwegian employment law, tax regulations, accounting standards, and data protection requirements. We are registered with the Norwegian Tax Administration and follow all requirements for payroll processing, employer's tax reporting, and VAT handling.
